For the purpose of my blog, and not posting anything I might regret later (lol) I had a decent weekend overall. We went to watch Hayden race for the first time on Friday, and he did so good. I was so proud. Of course, I had to feel sorry for Mike, it seemed like Hayden just had it out for him. Mike wouldn't pass him except on the straight away, and I guess Hayden just had a magnet on him cause he would hit him every single time. But Mike was so good-natured about it, and I appreciate all those guys supporting Hayden and teaching him how to race. After I left, it was all down hill from there, but I won't go into details. Saturday was a bit quiet at home - we worked out in the yard, set a brick walkway - which was the first time I had done anything like that, and it was so easy, I was really surprised... So I felt as if I had accomplished something. I went to class Sat. night, and then I missed church Sunday morning cause Sarah has the croup again. Good thing we still have some of the medicine from last time, so that will save a dr. bill. Dewayne stayed with her Sunday night so I could go. There was a missionary couple at church that I went to college with, so that was encouraging. And I guess today is just a typical Monday... just waiting to go home :)
at least you got something accomplished. I feel like I have been stuck at home with nothing to do.
